so sunday night me and mum went down town cause i was inveited to go to this music gathering thing by my scuba buddy at the art gallery(museum of contemperary art) and mum was invited out for drinks. so we arrive at the art gallery and she has to go meet her friends so im all alone downtown sydney. no worries though it wasnt scary it was totes safe and kinda fun to watch all the weird people walk by. But ya so im waiting for the thing to start and all these teens start showing up wearing the most rediculous things...think british vogue magazine splattered with neon paints and knee socks. it was so weird! but i loved it! i wish i could dress like that everyday it was so awesome and different. and all the guys were like indie rocker with leather jackets that have duck tape on them and skinny jeans and big sun glasses and cool hats. man it was cool, but i felt so loner ish cause i was there alone and everyone was in big groups of friends. I was kind of thinking that the night was gunna suck cause i was alone, but once it started i found my scuba bud and we chatted but he had to go cause he was performing and had to go set up (he's a dj type person) lol. so ya i was alone drinking my mocktail, looking like a noob and these two girls come up to me and were all like "omg i love you bag(it was my tie bag, funny how many people ive met because of this bag THANKS GRANNY!) so ya then we became like really good friends within that night it was so cool. And we got to wander aroung the art gallery and see ANNIE LEIBOVITZ's photos! it was so different and cool. she is an amazing photographer, you guys should check her out if you dont already know who she is which you probs do. so ya and i met a guy but just like a breif meeting, he was friends with those two girls i made friends with. man my tie bag is just doing all the socializing for me :P that also how my friends at cromer picked me up, they said they spotted my tie bag and decided to come pick me up haha. awesomeness. anyways after the ngiht was done me and mom took the ferry back to town at night, it was gorgeous and there were these crazy birds that kept flying right beside the boat it was awesome, and i got some gilato mmmmmm.

this is by far my favourite place at the moment. emma this will be a prime place to take good photos if you wanted, and there also alot of book stores and restaurants form like around the world. its like our osborne's cooler older sister.

rant rant rant

okay sarah i am sorry that my life is so boring i'll go on a long pointless rant for you if thats what you would like.
okay here we go:
sooooo today....wednesday. its the day that i have my tafe course ( marine studies). and its of course at a different campus. its actually at a community college...kinda like red river? ya you can do like mechanics or like beaty :S and a bunch of cool stuff. so ya i of course being the noob that i am have no ide how to get there via bus and i cant ask mom to drive an hour all the way from work to my school to drive me to tafe...even though she was about to do that cause i was so hopeless, but anyways ya my bud mitchell was all "hey i'll take you" even though he wasnt really going to tafe but australias are just insanely nice like that...its weird. like if someone was like hey i need to go like half way across town will you take me even thoguh you arent going there? i would say hell naw. but ya australians are awesomeee! XD so i gave him my grapes as a thank you....cause i dont really like grapes anyways. so i have one guy friend....woooo accomplishment lol jokes. OH WAIT no i have two guy friends, the other is my scuba buddy. oh and this weekend im going to some music festival thing...kinda like coffee house i think...that he invited me to XD cause he does like dj stuff or something :S i dont really know, but it shall be interesting. Its on sunday so quite a ways away. and on saturday me and mum are going to glebe market. lol thats where all the hippies chill and im expecting it to be awesome fun times.

anywho back to tafe we are pretty much just learning about oceanography but my teacher(he is cool stuff) went on this rant about this guy that got ship wrecked off the coast of brazil or something and was on a life raft for like two weeks and then he started seeing some land but then some current whisped him away. its the current that goes from south america up to england, but ya anywas he was caught on that current and it was like 100 days before he was rescued and he survived, and wrote a book about his epic adventures. here check it out

ohhhh! lol so today in health class my teacher was all like "okay not to put anyone on the spot or embarrass anyone...well this one person but (holds up my homeowkr that was a paper on some health stuff) elena's writing is exceptional and ive sneaked a peak of her notes and they are too! you guys should all be working as hard as she is. she is even from a different country and she is doing this well!" so ya ...fml that was so embarrassing. makes me look like suh a nerd! lol and plus my class is mostly guys. ugh ugh ugh uhgughjhsfzjhglkhdg im such a nerdy noob. and plus i had my big glasses on cause i cant see the board and shizz and i was wearing this dorky little sweater cause it was kinda chilly today. man oh man. im a geek guys. great.

haha kk i think i ranted long enough....my brain is shutting down now. cause yanno tafe= 4 hours. frak. had school from 8:30-6:00!
